Designed for pilots of any size aircraft, this application provides essential information for reaching nearby airports. Detailed destination data includes:

• Distance from current location.
• Field Elevation.
• Descent rate required.
• Time to Top of Descent (TOD).
• Bearing.
• Frequencies.
• Runways.
• Glide distance delta.

The app also displays your current speed, course, altitude, and vertical speed. You can customize the desired descent rate by tapping on the information button for Time to TOD or Target Altitude.

All data is updated in real time as you fly. You can select a nearby airport from the list or choose one by its identifier. It offers filtering by runway length and surface type, and supports airports, seaplane bases, heliports, balloon ports, and closed airports.

You may input your aircraft's glide ratio to view the distance long or short of the selected airport, color-coded for convenience. A green glide delta indicates a safe glide distance with a 25% margin.

The app uses runway headings to draw them on the heading indicator and indicates alignment with the magenta arrow pointing straight up as heading straight for the runway.

Worldwide airport information is sourced from multiple databases, covering countries like Canada and Europe. Database updates are performed daily.

Your location and altitude are fetched from your device's location services. GPS compatibility with your device is essential for functionality, allowing you to view course information and bearing arrows accurately.

The Watch app mirrors many features from the iPhone and iPad versions. It displays distances to nearby airports, bearing to selected airports, frequencies, runway details, and glide probabilities in a concise format for your wrist-worn convenience.

For the Watch app to function accurately, it also requires GPS data and altitude for proper calculations. The developer welcomes feedback and feature requests.

2. New users need Database Subscription or Apple Watch Subscription for access.
3. The annual subscription costs $11.99/year or $17.99/year for Apple Watch service.
4. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24-hours before the current period ends.
5. Renewal charges are made within 24-hours prior to end of term.
6. Manage subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase to disable auto-renewal.
7. No cancellation during an active subscription period.
